You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.

To deliver your favorite products, we have partnered with the most reliable companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
